2021 Kilravock
Our signature red wine blend, with a full, balanced body complimented by aromas of bright cherries, cedar box, graphite, and violet.
The name Kilravock comes from the castle in Scotland which has served as the seat for Clan Rose since 1460, and to where we can trace our ancestry. We chose to use this name for our signature red wine blend, which allows us the opportunity to make the best wine possible from each vintage, hand selecting the barrels that we feel produce the best wine.
Our Kilravock begins with aromas of bright cherries, cedar box, graphite, and violet. It is a young wine with bold tannins, and would be a great wine to cellar for years to come. If enjoying now, be sure to decant this before enjoying to help release all of the aromas and lighten up those tannins a bit.
63% Petit Verdot, 25% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc
