2022 Extra Brut Sparkling White

Our Extra Brut Sparkling White is a lighthearted bottle of bubbles with aromas of crisp lemons, candied ginger and a hint of brioche. About the same amount of effervescence as you would find in a traditional Prosecco, this wine is unfilted with zero dosage, or residual sugar.  It is made from 100% Chardonel grapes and produced using the Charmat method here at the Winery.
