2023 Extra Brut Sparkling Rosé

This bottle of pink bubbly is made in the Charmat method, with the secondary fermentation taking place in a tank.  We then bottle directly from the tank, without filtering or adding a dosage, making this one of the driest sparkling wines you'll find.  It's made from 100% Chambourcin grapes, which we also use for our regular Rosé. 

You'll enjoy these fun pink bubbles with flavors of strawberries and lime, finished with a tart acidity.  This is a great wine for celebrating, but also for an everyday sipper!
