2023 Cabernet Franc

This is more of a medium-bodied wine, but very expressive with well-integrated oak tannins, making it smooth across the palate.  This is one of our most versatile wines, in that it is a red that can be enjoyed by itself or with a variety of dishes - from everyday meals to fancier fare.  This wine would pair perfectly with some smoky barbeque, homemade sausage pizza, or even eggplant parmesan, which would complement the pepper notes.
